Is there a problem with my windows 10? - Microsoft Community

   

I recently upgrade my Nero Platinum to Nero Platinum. My Nero worked fine but has some new features I wanted to check out However when I installed it refused to work - well some of it worked but Nero Video and Nero Recode won't work in that they will edit a video but I can't save it. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Nero for 3 weeks to no avail.

They insist the program works fine and that it is my computer. I have sent them all the info they wanted about my system Nero 2017 platinum will not install free.

My computer is an AMD 6 core 3. In order to try and resolve the issue I installed Nero which I got with nero 2017 platinum will not install free which also refuses to work exactly the same as Nero on this computer on an older 2.

So what do you think, is it a conflict with Windows 10, a settings issue or a hardware conflict with my AMD system? It makes no sense to me that my old nero 2017 platinum will not install free works fine but the latest one won't work.
